Good to know

Confirmation:

  • You will receive confirmation of your booking's availability within 1 business day. Once confirmed, we will send you the voucher via email

Vehicle Options:

  • Sedan (1-4 passengers): Toyota Wish, RAV4, Camry, Altis, or similar
  • SUV (5-8 passengers): Volkswagen T5 or T6, Hyundai Starex, Ford Tourneo, or similar

Additional Information:

  • If you want to change the boarding time, please inform us 24 hours before departure
  • The waiting time for the airport is 60 minutes. Timeout and unable to get in touch with the guest, will be handled as No Show, no refund
  • The pick-up and stop time in the urban area is 15 minutes. If it is overdue and the guest cannot be contacted, it will be handled as a No Show without refund. If you contact the guest and confirm that you still need a car, the driver will wait for TWD 250 per 30 minutes
  • Overtime and fees beyond the pick-up area, please pay directly to the driver
  • Please indicate your hotel and flight number in the special request box for contact
  • If you need a safety seat, please inform the required number on the passenger information filling page, and pay the surcharge to the driver on the spot

Insider Tips:

  • Be sure to leave a contactable email address. Driver information and contact details will be sent before 22:00 the night before departure
  • Please be sure to fill in the number and size of luggage, we will arrange suitable vehicles according to the information
  • 5-seater car: up to 3 24-inch suitcases
  • 9-seater car: up to 8 24-inch suitcases
  • You can also ask driver information by adding Whatsapp: +886989326976. (This number only provides vehicle information inquiry and emergency services)

Surcharge:

  • Overtime fee: TWD200 every 30 minutes
  • TWD100 for pick ups between 11:00pm and 12:00am and between 5:00am and 6:00am
  • TWD200 for pick ups between 12:00am and 5:00am
  • Please pay the extra charges in cash directly to the driver
  • If there are flight changes in any case, please contact the driver at least 3 hours before the scheduled pick up time
  • The free waiting time for airport pick up service is 45 minutes starting from the actual flight arrival time
  • Waiting time over 15 minutes will be charged as a 30-minute overtime
  • Meet & greet service is available at a surcharge of TWD100. Please pay in cash directly to the driver
  • Please indicate number of child seats you need at the checkout page and pay the surcharge to the driver on site

Chinese New Year (3-9 Feb 2019):

  • The following surcharges will apply during the Chinese New Year and the extra fee should be paid to the driver on site:
  • Surcharge of TWD200: Toyota Camry/Toyota Wish
  • Surcharge of TWD300: Benz W220/Volkswagen T5

Очень удобный сервис. Несмотря на то, что заказываю машину / водителя до пикапа через 30 минут после приезда, я вышел после иммиграции и таможенного оформления за 7 минут, намного раньше, чем планировал, но водитель уже ждал. Водитель может не говорить по-английски, но, поскольку его номер машины, имя и номер мобильного телефона нет. был выслан через смс вечером перед моим вылетом, могу с ним проверить и мы поехали в отель. Плавная езда. Настоятельно рекомендуется для деловых путешественников, впервые в Тайбэй или для иностранцев, которые плохо знают местный транспорт и не говорят по-китайски (водители такси говорят только по-китайски и в основном принимают только наличные).

надежный и безопасный трансфер, особенно в Тайбэе, или иностранцу, у которого нет денег для оплаты такси (с предоплатой кредитной картой) или кто не может говорить на мандаринском языке (у водителя уже есть ваш адрес отеля). Тем не менее, обратите внимание, чтобы подготовить наличные NTD100 для оплаты доплаты, если вы заказали услугу «Печать имени на карточке прибытия».

Обслуживание было очень хорошим. Я решил уехать в аэропорт Суншань. Это было очень гладко. Места в аэропорту были очень удобными. Водитель был очень пунктуален к B & B и ждал меня.
