Delivery information
- Once you place your order, you will receive 2 emails, an Order Confirmation email, followed by a 2nd email with your eSIM details. The 2nd email will be sent within 12 hours after the confirmation email. 2nd Email subject: “Your Klook order is here: Airalo eSIM is ready”
- The second email will contain information about your purchased eSIMs, so please read the instructions carefully.
- Follow the set up instructions and stay connected with your loved ones!
Activation procedure
- The validity period starts when the eSIM connects to any supported network/s
- Most eSIMs can only be installed once, so please do not deactivate and try to reactivate. In case of any issues or questions, contact customer service at partner.support.klook@airalo.com

Быстрая скорость сети, и цена доступная! Данные можно делить, я смогла использовать их, пока основной телефон (моего мужа) тоже им пользовался. Единственный недостаток — данные не безлимитные, поэтому они дешевые, менее 300 филиппинских песо за 7 дней! Кроме того, мы обнаружили, что это «не удобно», так как его немного сложнее настроить по сравнению с традиционной сим-картой для путешествий, которую мы можем просто вставить и сразу использовать.
