How can I meet my driver?
For airport pick-up, a staff in uniform will wait at the Arrival hall of your flight holding Klook sign with your name on it. After meet-up, he/she will guide you to the driver For hotel pick-up, the driver will wait at the hotel lobby holding Klook sign with your name on it
Where can I be picked up or dropped off?
PVG Airport: IF you choose Shanghai Downtown, the address is within S20-S206-S322-G1503 highway (PUTUO, XUHUI, YANGPU, PUDONG, CHANGLING, JINGAN, HONGKOU, JIADING)
Does the service allow amendent?
Yes only for amendent request by 1 day 20:00 earlier notice on date, pick-up or drop-off time, address, flight number and number of participants (subject to the booked car type)
What items are included in the fees, and what are the extra charges?
Night service is also included. For more detailed information, please select the route and check “package details > what’s included” section
Can the driver speak English?
The driver can only speck Chinese and will try to communicate via a translator App. However, an online staff will be available to provide English service and can be contacted via Email or Wechat

Additional information
- Eating and drinking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited
- Child seats are not provided on the transfer service
- This service is a one way transfer. Please make an additional booking if you require a round trip transfer
- Pay extra attention in choosing your pick up schedule especially for those going or coming from an overnight flight
- For hotel pick up, if your flight is at 2:00am on 5 May and you need to be picked up at your hotel at 11:00pm on 4 May, the date and time selected should be 11:00pm on 4 May
- For airport pick up, the date and time selected at checkout should be your flight arrival schedule, e.g. if your flight is at 11:00pm on 4 May and arrives in PVG/SHA at 2:00am on 5 May, the date and time you should choose should be 2:00am on 5 May
- Please make sure the contact number you provided will be available in Mainland China. Please fill in mobile numbers with international roaming or WeChat numbers at checkout page
- The standard luggage size is 20in. No more than 1 luggage per person is recommended. We may suggest you change to another vehicle if you have an excessive amount of luggage
- The vehicles shown in the pictures are for reference only. Specific wagon units may vary depending on availability and factors such as passenger seating, luggage capacity, equipment and mileage
- Passengers are advised to depart from their hotel at least 3 hours before domestic flight departure or 4 hours before international flight departure

It was raining so heavy and we were worried that the driver wouldnt turn up. Turns out our driver even arrived to our Hotel earlier to help with our luggage and get us to the airport safely. Will book again the next time im in SH.
Super fuss free. We received our driver details the night before through email and by the time we landed, the driver was already outside waiting for us. Everything was organised well and we were out of the airport, in our car within 10 mins of exiting the gate. Immediately booked the hotel to airport transfer for our return leg after.

15시30분에 미팅을 예약했는데 16시까지 기사를 찾지못해서 상담사에 연락했더니.. 운전기사가 노쇼를 했다는 황당한 얘기를하네요. 딸한테 보내는 와이프를 한국도 아니고 타국에서 중국어한마디도 못하는데 한참을 딴소리하더니 결국에는 기사가 노쇼를 했다고 환불하겠냐고 물어보네요..중국공항에서 환불해주면 그 시간과 와이프의 불안감은 보상이되는건가요? 돈 7만원에 이렇게 황당하고 억울하긴 처음이네요~ 기사가 대기중인지 확인도 안하고 17시15분에 겨우 다른기사 차타고 호텔로 이동합니다. 중국말을 못해서 어쩔수 없이 .거의 2시간을 기다리다가 돈다내고 기분 다 상하고 호텔로갑니다.. 이런 업체는 주의를 받아야합니다..
Комфортно и чисто. Водитель очень дружелюбный. Общее впечатление идеальное, и в следующем туре он приедет снова и снова забронируете номер в Klook, чтобы получить этот отличный сервис.
The vouchers are received promptly, the operator have contacted us separately, no hassle and seamless transaction as I booked this for someone else and no problems encountered. Just make sure you download translator app when you go to Shanghai so you can easily communicate with the driver.
It was a satisfactory experience and met all the standard airport transfer requirements.
We were done earlier than expected, and the car was ready within 10 minutes to pick us up. The staff were also friendly. The driver updated us throughout the journey on how soon we were to reach the hotel without us asking. The vehicle was clean.
