Fantastic
Cannot fault anything. From the email communication to our checkout- everything was seamless and individualised. We were so pleased to stay here for 2 nights with our 2 young kids. They loved it too. The whole grounds and rooms were well looked after We are coming back!!!

One of the best places my family and I have ever stayed in Apia. Friendly staff, clean environment and good food.. Emphasis on the GOOD FOOD, especially that breakfast buffet! 10/10 would recommend😊

Absolutely loved the staff!! They were amazing. Understandably, we went at a very busy time, so we were unable to check in early; they were very busy and very strict on check-in time. But we were able to eat lunch on the property by the pool while waiting for our room to be ready. Which their options on food was very good. We never ate something we did not like while eating on the property. The complimentary breakfast was so good and simple. We did not have our room cleaned every day, and that is a personal choice. But they would still offer to at least take our trash out if we saw them in the hallway. The rooms are very spacious; we still had lots of room even with my daughter's crib that I had requested in our reservation. The parking lot is small, so if multiple things are happening on the property, you may have to park in the grass area by their ballroom. Other than that, my family and I loved this hotel and will definitely be staying here again on future trips!!!

Sheets were stained on arrival, our dishes that were left outside never got cleared. A pair of shoes that we left by the pool overnight were stolen and we asked the reception 2 times to ask security or cleaners to check if they were picked up and they never got back to us. It cost $27 for 2 cans of coke and a bottle of water (the same bottle they give for free in the rooms). My sons mosquito bracelet (that we lost) was found in the pillow case 2 nights after we asked for our sheets to get changed which makes me think staff just made the bed and didn’t actually change the sheets. Good location, breakfast buffet and pool area but overall our stay was pretty underwhelming for the price we paid.
