The staff was very friendly, helpful in whatever required of them, thank yous.

Stayed a few months ago and enjoyed it, so I stayed again and the staff remembered me and were lovely. Room was clean. They have laundry which is handy. No gym or pool. But JP’s Fitness gym is behind the hotel with a small supermarket, and Pinati’s is a short walk behind the hotel, with McDonald’s not too far. There’s a taxi stand a short walk behind the hotel as well which is handy.

Wifi was unusable! Nice rooms. Next to a church that began singing every day at 5am. Breakfast was more Western than Cantonese. No dim sum. 7 tv stations. Shuttle was 20 cheaper than a taxi. And nicer. Good water pressure and heat. AC was a bit strange. Room windows are not oriented towards the water. Perfect central location.

No breakfast 😢 Wifi so very 🐌 slow Room was clean and ac cold that was only dat was good

Convenient downtown Apia.AC decent room nice and clean.Faafetai tele lava,to wonderful staff. The only down fall is the chemical they use to clean the facility.,so strong..I can smell as soon as i enter the front door.

Room was good and so were local staff

Perfect for business trips.

Staffs were very friendly and courteous.

Friendly staff. It was a good, hot breakfast included with the room. Great location. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Nice hot shower. Great value for the price.

My experience was great. Every time I visit Samoa, I go to Tauese’s restaurant and it’s my favourite Chinese feed, so first time staying in the hotel. Right in the centre of the main road of town, across from the Seawall, so can walk anywhere & everywhere. Staff were lovely and helpful, great 24hr desk service. They clean the room every day. I stayed in the room next to the side door, it’s very noisy in the lobby so be aware. Room was clean, fridge did not work, shower is great (hot water). Only awkward thing is the rooms view is the side where the workers have their smoke break and hang the washing, so kept the curtains closed the whole stay. The gym and a small convenience store is behind Tauese, so it’s really convenient. Taxi stand and Pinati’s (cheap feed) a minute walk behind Tauese too. I’d stay here again!
