The location is good just a few minutes walk to the tram or bus station. My room is 404 which has a sea view. But there is a drain smell once you open the room door, and the stink becomes stronger when you open the toilet door, the terrible smell comes from all the drains such as the kitchen sink, the shower tub, the toilet bowl, and the toilet sink. Keep the toilet door closed does help, but imagine when you are using the toilet you are breathing in the great stink!

Roof top pool was nice,inside hotel tub was really small. Hotel hallways very dirty. Staff were amazing! Breakfast awful, apart from the coffee.

They closed the rooftop before sunset which was disappointing. The hot tub is small and people stayed in there not allowing others to enjoy it. Several kids in indoor pool without much supervision. There was only one glass and two cups in the room but only one chair to sit at the table. Limited amenities inside the room . Close to airport but not walkable area.

Great base for exploring if you don’t mind needing to take a tram or a nice but long walk along the promenade. The pool inside is small, but excellent standard. Only issue is the sauna is temperamental so don’t bank on it working. Breakfast is was nice, if not a little cramped in terms of the space for eating and serving yourself. Staff were pleasant, but somewhat aloof. Would stay again, for sure.

My daughter and I had a lovely stay here, great location, nice sized room with mini fridge and microwave.
I’d like to thank the lovely staff, especially Lyvie & Oceane. They never grew tired of my questions, always ready to help with a smile.Looking forward to returning in December.

The room / apartment had good kitchen facilities, the sofa bed wasnt very comfortable and staff on desk were professional some were friendly and welcoming, but not all.
There was a lack of communication prior to arrival. We had attempted to contact them numerous times for weeks before our stay via email, with head office by telephone. But no response from local hotel.
