1. There is no AC
2. The rooms lack a fricking toilett
3. The sink was clogged
4. The manager was a nice, helpful chat
5. You MUST inform guests of things like a missing toilette, especially business travelers who do not want to use a common toilet with college kids.

Room was clean and comfortable. Convenient location. Only one block from the beach. Be mindful of the fact that there is no lift or soundproofing between rooms. Very noisy at night. Also found that the tv and internet dropped out frequently. I did not order breakfast.

Minunat A small hotel with a casual style, friendly manager, and so close to everything including shops and the Promenade d’anglais.

Minunat The location is excellent with many shops, restaurants, and the beach close by. Public transport is just a couple of blocks away to take you to the airport or the train station.
The one problem I had with my room was the temperature. It was very cold and there was no way to make it warmer. The staff said it would get warm eventually. ???
