The welcome was warm and check-in was quick, efficient but remained friendly and the Reception staff spoke excellent English. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable with a comfy pillow. The bar staff were friendly with great English and were able to recommend a drink for me when I was undecided. Overall, I recommend this hotel with it being on the 4L bus route to take you into Venice. An added bonus is Mestre railway station is a 10 minute walk away if you want to go further afield.

The staff at the front desk were very helpful with how to get around and we appreciated how she let us know it was much cheaper to take a bus rather than a taxi

You can’t ask for a better location when traveling into Venice , bus stop 20 seconds outside the hotel for 15min trip into Venice and 25 min trip to airport. Clean nice and tidy However we had poor sleep as the windows do not open and are blocked with a shutter (clearly for safety policy) but restricts the airflow , the aircon is not strong enough and my partner had to get up multiple times in the night to try and cool down in the bathroom (which didn’t really work). We saw other reviews about the hotel being unable to provide a fan so we didn’t bother These hotel would be a 5/5 if the airflow and temp was sorted

Staff terrible and very entitled Property is located close to the train. This should be a place with good customer service but it’s not the case . It’s other places you can spend the money
