Best location in Fukuoka. Very clean and the staff are really nice. Everything within walking distance. I would come here again. The cafe on the first floor was also very convenient.

Smack in the middle of the action. Great cafe with amazing selection of food and especially desserts and specialty drinks. Rooms are small but have everything you need and the layout works. Washer/ dryer on site.

Positively excellent. Use the Akasaka train station to avoid the Tenjin Station Hakata crazy. Please note you're staying central to a rather active youth nightlife area. You may faintly hear loud happy people at 2am. But it's absolutely quiet otherwise. Staff are helpful, patient, and polite. This is a lovely place to stay and be central to Fukuoka area neighborhoods and sites.

The property is clean and well maintained. The Cafe in the lobby gets an A+ from me. The coffee was smooth & not acidic, real coffee not the sugary sweet syrup popular at some coffee shops!😉 The room & bathroom were also clean. The bed was comfortable & even the pillows were surprisingly comfortable. I usually wake up with a stiff neck when traveling & staying in hotels, but no problem here.
Now the only note is to most travelers from USA, the room is going to be small compared to what you may be accustomed to. We only use our room to get clean & sleep, so the size didn't bother us. Just be prepared. Overall, this is a very nice hotel with a lovely café offering excellent coffee, sandwiches, croissants, snacks & a quiet area to read. Walking distance to Subaway station, and surrounded by a plethora of restaurants, bars & shopping opportunities.

Room was clean but very small. A bit hard to maneuver with two people and luggage. Overall was nice but we would have liked more pillows and a bit more space.
