Previous customers sock under bed, how much are they cleaning if they didn’t see that? No kitchen or tap to fill water bottle, but there’s a jug and a toaster and a microwave, but no plates, no utensils. How am I meant to use them bruh.. The ‘communal’ kitchen had one singular fork when we looked and nothing else helpful available. Bathroom fan didn’t work so super steamy in there. And on the last morning the pressure was like more than half of the previous days and wasn’t getting hot like it did on other days… The door to the next room was unlocked for a whole day, like if there were people in there they could’ve stolen our stuff and is a risk to our safety! Why is there even doors connecting rooms? No elevator and the stairs are very awkward for getting things up stairs. Carpark was very small and pillars everywhere. Thankfully it wasn’t very full or idk how I’d get in and out without hitting something. You only get one key access to hotel, so if you’re in seperate places (we were at a conference) having one key was really not ideal. One bed was really high and uncomfortable, the other was a good height but my body sank into it and hurt my back during sleeping. And they slid around. We put a Do not disturb sign out and they woke us up banging on the door and yelling hotel room service. What’s the point in a sign if you ignore it? Where’s the privacy. They put on the listing service was every two days and they did it in the first day when we had stuff everywhere..

The room is reasonably clean and tidy the heavy smell of damp mould is around red/brownish stains in the shower very visible. Shower pressure poor. Rooms not sound proof could hear everything though the hallways and the conversation the next room was having, the tv through the walls also. The bed bugs crawling over the pillows and everywhere through the bed was scary! This place needs to be met with health and safety officer or the council to review its standards of cleanliness.

The room was very clean.

Location was the main reason and this was very good for central Auckland. Good family room with good bathroom and kitchen. Will use again.

The Air conditioning stated at one temperature which was not ideal as it was cold, breakfast was not the best coffee machine the coffee was cold, asked for scrambled eggs got fried eggs. loved the parking
