This place was great. Breakfast was good. The hot springs was good. The staff was good and always brought us more water and towels even when we were napping and had the do not disturb sign up.

Beautiful hotel and staff were super friendly. About a 15 minute walk to Sapporo station, and conveniently located to the main attractions and close walk to Odori Park. The food was incredible and enjoyed the breakfast set and ala carte dinner menu. Highly recommend the hotel!! We stayed comfortably as a family of 4. Thanks for the lovely stay!

One of the most amazing experiences I've had and I travel A LOT! Everything about this stay was the perfect amount of restful, peaceful and healing as I could possibly imagine. I absolutely recommend staying here if you're visiting Sapporo!

fantastic experience upon arrival (i drive) staff are professional assisting me to get my car “stored” in the parking area. it is slightly pricey for 2000yen / night though. In general, onsen is clean and well maintained . it is more convenient if hotel provides shower cap as well, because i dont plan to get my hair wet. room is spacious and comfy. modern design. Highly recommend.
