Everyone was helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was a bonus with a wide choice staying 4 days helped us experiment with the choices. Great view over the Piazza Garibaldi giving the room lots of light. The Piazza is busy and care is needed but a great spot for exploring.

Bun Ok for a one night stay. Bathroom needs attention. Mold smell and clogged sink. 2 mins from train and metro stations. Host very friendly and helpful catering to our needs. Priced right.

Stay was fine, very good location.
Could be quite loud as you can easily hear the other rooms and people on the stairs.
Bed was comfy.
Breakfast was simple but lovely.
The biggest issue was the shower which was terrible as the head was falling apart and the enclosure had black mould all around.

The room was clean, breakfast was brought to your room every morning, which was wonderful, and the staff was excellent very helpful. The unit was on the fourth floor. There was an elevator however, the elevator didn’t always work. We do have mobility issues and had to climb four flights of stairs to get up to the room. The bathroom is extremely tight. There was barely 1 foot between the commode and the sink you had to squeeze by sideways to get to the shower.The area surrounding the property is a little sketchy be cautious when going outside.

Fantastic Room was lovely and modern , staff where so nice . Probably the nicest staff ive ever met in a hotel . Breakfast was nice too
