Very very unclean and I understand the property is old but it’s rusty and dirty. If your booking do not. Stains everywhere on bed.

This is simply one of my favorite places on Earth. The staff is so welcoming and warm. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The location is quiet yet close enough to all the fun stuff!

Had a good stay overall. The staff was really helpful and the complimentary foot massage was a nice bonus. Loved the complimentary breakfast. Lot of healthy choices. Lunch and dinner not included but the food is super fresh and tastes great.

I had a wonderful 22-nights stay at Om Ham! From the moment I checked in late at night until the day I checked out, all the staff were kind and helpful without fail, making me feel at home. I enjoyed my view of the surrounding rice fields as they brought me peace of mind, and having easy access to downtown Ubud without being amid all the hubbub turned out to be exactly what I wanted. I would stay here again when I return to Bali!

The staff were amazing and friendly. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and calm. The only thing I would suggest is that the cleaning crew refilled the coffee and essential’s instead of having to request it daily.

The resort was beautiful, the staff were beyond helpful, kind and accommodating. The food was delicious and had great variety. The spa services were amazing and the spa staff were kind, remembered our faces and would great us when we passed by. The pool looked like it could use some love, but given the rainy season it made sense it would not be the easiest to keep clean. Overall a great place and would for sure go back.

This was an exceptional hotel, The staff were so kind & friendly in all areas. The hotel spa was amazing.Be sure to have a treatment with the master Ketut Arsana along with the many activities available within the hotel. Truly perfect for a reset after 25 years working in a factory just the tonic I needed. home now feeling lighter & smiling more.

Excellent accomodation. Accommodated driver pick up at airport + travel requests. Free foot massage. Lovely staff. Beautiful garden and rice paddies. Quiet and private. Need to travel to shop however, free travel shuttle available. Highly recommended. Would stay there again. Thankyou to all!
