The place is accessible to train, bus, grocery, restaurants. The rooms are well-kept, staff are friendly, easy to contact and very helpful. Included breakfast is one of the best I’ve had!

We only stayed for one night but I wish many more places were like this! Staff at reception super nice, great service, clean and spacious room for two and so nice to include breakfast! Booked very last minute and allowed to leave our luggage until ready. Thank you!

The room is very clean and nice, good for 2 person, good AC. The neighborhood very nice and quiet. Staff are very friendly and nice. They clean my room everyday. And very close to the train and bus, easy to transport to any where we want.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful period we were able to have a parking space and spend the day in Venice. The rooms were clean and spacious.

We stayed only one night but we would absolutely stay there again. It was less than a 10-minute walk from the train station. The gentleman working the front desk (I think 24 hours!) was incredibly helpful upon arrival, checking out and arranging a ride for us to the airport. He’s a model of customer service! The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was great.
