Location was nice just a short walk over the bridge to the busy part of Florence. It was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful and breakfast was very good. It was a little bit difficult to find but once you found it, it was great.

Unfortunately, we had memu ossyes with the hotel. The rooms are HUGE, which alomg with the location are the only two positives. Issues were with the parking arrangement, a broken main door, gallons of water leaking all over the floor during every shower, the doorbell could be heard in our room, and a horrible mattress (it has caved in).

We only stayed one night, but it was great. The room is huge and the hosts went out of their way to be helpful. We wished we could have stayed longer and if we are in Florence again, we would definitely stay here again.

Centrally located and comfortable hotel room with delicious breakfast and cappuccinos. We arrived and were greeted by staff who helped us get situated. Large room and comfortable beds. Beautiful historical charm to the building. So much history within walking distance.
