My only struggle was the Wi-Fi was really hit or miss. The property was clean and the staff were so kind. Over all a great stay.

We traveled with my mom who is in a wheelchair. The staff was wonderful and brought a shower chair for her room. The rooms worked well for her chair and all the areas stated that are wheelchair accessible weee perfect. We enjoyed not being right in the center of all the tourists and all the restaurants in walking distance were wonderful.

Everything was very good except the internet quality. Although the staff did everything to help but at the fourth floor we had very poor connection.

Close to main train station so it is convenient, but not in the true heart of the city. Rooms were very sparse, almost prison cell-like. Staff was wonderful and helpful.

Very nice and modern hotel with full time front desk staff who were very helpful and courteous. The location is very close to everything and a short walk to many excellent restaurants and public transportation. We were only there for one night but I would definitely stay there again.
