This is an excellent hotel with wonderful and friendly staff who were nothing but super helpful in every way. I can honestly say this hotel is much better than a 3 star hotel, the rom were very spacious (we stayed in 301) and everything was modern and well maintained. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful experience, especially Rita at reception who booked us all our taxis, got us early breakfast to take to the airport and always greeted us with a massive smile.

Beautiful room and location by the lake. Staff helpful and friendly and the breakfast was really good. Our bed was really comfortable so we slept well.

What a lovely hotel! Staff were really friendly and this was a well looked after and clean hotel. I would definitely stay here again. Veronica, was particularly helpful, given that I am a wheelchair user and had questions when booking an accessible room and she was really helpful and put my mind ease so that me and my wife could get on with relaxing and enjoying our trip.
