We enjoyed our stay and recommended the hotel to anyone visiting Venice. Prices were reasonable and the location is great, about 15 minutes from the island. Special thanks to the front desk employees for their excellent advice and help on everything!!!

Rooms basic but very very clean and absolutely did the job. Staff friendly, 24 hour reception, bar whenever needed, room cleaned like new every day and fresh towels, generous breakfast buffet included. Very tasty breakfast! Under 10 min walk to mestre station and trains into Venice every 12 mins or so. 1.50 euros per person! Bargain. Shout out to Monica on reception, always happy to help! Fantastic value for money.

Breakfast was delightful. Only issue we had was the pleasant smell of their cleaning products set off our allegies. They were kind enough not to use the products the next day, and provide a fan to help us get fresh air to blow out the smell.

I stayed here for 2 nights in a solo room. The room was very spacious for a single person and I felt it was very nice. I noticed later however that there was mould on the ceiling, and no matter how many ways I tried, the heating was locked to 25 which was far too hot for me. Outside of the hotel, once dark falls, large groups of men were gathering and doing drugs in the shadows just off the hotel entrance. Walking alone after a day out felt very uncomfortable because of this. Breakfast had variety but was mostly open, so staled quickly. I did enjoy my stay here but feel a little more control on the temp in the rooms would be great, and covers over breakfast items would help. I don’t know what you can do about the groups outside unfortunately.
