Rooms were clean. Everything was fine but the bathroom walls are very transparent which is not ideal. Also the location is a bit off route.

Property was nice and had lots to do. Only thing Is the clear shower door, kinda uncomfortable with multiple travelers but not the biggest deal but otherwise we had a nice stay and got to experience Rome !

The check-in took about 2.5 hours. You have to take a ticket, and wait for your number to be called. Take a priority ticket, it will get you checked-in a bit sooner. All the staff were friendly, the cappuccinos, the wine, the prosecco and all the food was very good. The World Cup was shown on the big screen and everyone gathered around. We were also entertained on 3 nights with live music. The pool was nice to cool down and the market had a good selection of items reasonably priced. Laundry also was great to have on site. Overall, my son and I really enjoyed our time there.

toilet didnt flush. very far from city centre and quite awkward to get in. there is a shuttle bus to vatican however that is still a metro or bus away from the centre.

I had a great stay here! The room was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. There were also a lot of fun, unexpected activities, like live bands and soccer matches shown on the big screen, which made the atmosphere even better. The location is convenient, with the train and bus both within easy walking distance for getting into the city. The only downside was that the bar was a bit pricey, but aside from that, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it.

The shower door is clear and visible from the room where the beds are. If traveling with kids or friends it might become a problem. WiFi is very weak and would not reach our trailer. Other than that everything was good. Breakfast is not included but we purchased the optional breakfast buffet which was great. Nice amenities like pool, laundry, convenience store, ping pong table, basketball court, playground for the kids, etc. They offer a Shuttle to the Vatican for $5 euros which I found very convenient. Overall good.

This was a perfect base for a few nights in Rome. Very clean, very comfortable beds and a good onsite restaurant, as well as a supermarket opposite. We had a car so we couldn’t stay in the city, we based ourselves here with free parking and caught public transport into the city each day (easy if you download the CityHopper app for planning and the MooneyGo app to buy tickets).
