Nice hotel

It was just okay, like nothing really stood out as good and the breakfast was not as filled as pictured, also the little espresso coffee maker was small and the water jug is like a 2 liter that you get from the store for everyone to share. I feel like the pricing should be lower for the quality tbh, stayed at other hotels with similar pricing that were just cleaner and nicer overall, it is a best western though so there’s that, also the disco ball was cool.

First time in Roma and I was very happy with the room, staff, and service. The location is also good. I forgot a ring and Stefano replied immediately when I texted via WhatsApp. I was able to recover it because a friend went to pick it up. Stefano was very kind and helpful. Thank you, I will return again.

Great quiet location. Great for the price!

No chance to eat breakfast because of airport shuttle schedule. Walls of my room need cleaning. Very marked up. Also, visible water stains on ceiling. Very clean, otherwise. Good hot water and pressure. Maybe it's particularly American but I was surprised I had to locate blankets in the closet. Bar soap preferable at sink. Towels were nicely sized and neatly prepared. Safe in room was a welcome amenity as we're the slippers. Biggest complaint is noise. The bar/club noise next door is a big problem as are the wandering partying guests outside yelling etc. A feature of the hotel is the rooftop bar but it was inaccessible to guests because it was reserved for an 18 year old's birthday party. Brown water poured from my faucet briefly as it did for another guest next door. Staff friendly and helpful. Shuttle on time and reasonably priced. It was an amenity in choosing the hotel. Good location for harbor views and restaurants and not too far from spectacular Roman ruins.

Soft beds, great location. Simple and to the point. Would recommend.

Well situated. A short walk to St. Peter’s Square and the Vatican museums. Loved the quirky room, drums as end tables and disco ball in the bathroom. King-sized bed was comfortable. Staff was pleasant and attentive from check-in to checkout. Breakfast, which was included, was an excellent way to start the day. Would definitely stay there again if we visit Rome again.

Room was very clean and staff were very helpful and courteous.
