Every thing was as expected or even better, very functional for family of 4, close to amenities and metro station. I will come back again if I have to stay in Paris.

Probably the worst room I’ve ever stayed at. Booked that room because it is suppose to be temperature controlled (A/C), but we basically lived in an oven. I get that the temperature was hot, but don’t advertise AC if it just doesn't work. The pictures of the listing were also very cleverly taken. Hiding the fact that the 2 simple “beds” were in fact a sofa bed… When I tried to get a discount for the horrible room, they just denied everything and told us off. Do not go there. Worst experience ever.

Aparthotel Adagio MontRouge was a perfect location for a longer term stay in Paris. Conveniently located a short walk from the Metro with grocery and patisserie close by. The room was comfortable and kitchen well stocked. The services and staff were very helpful and a full breakfast was available at a reasonable cost.

Our stay was phenomenal! The staff was kind and extremely helpful. The apartment was beautiful and the balcony views were fantastic. The metro was nearby and easy to use to get to all locations we wanted to visit. We walked late at night and it was quiet, but did not feel unsafe. I would love to book again with them next time we visit!

Clean and cozy, both suit and the common area lounge They offer free hot drinks at all times Nice affordable restos, pastery and grocery nearby 10 min walk to metro line 4 Bus 126 across the street Friendly staff You may ask for a nice view and they'll give the room with view of the eiffel tower if available

We arrived early at 9am and was able to put our 11 luggage in holding. Told by an employee to come back at 2pm for check in for our 2 reserved rooms. We get back at 2pm and was told check in is at 3pm. So why were we told 2pm? The manager said that employee might not have understood english very well and said thats incorrect. We did get 1 room at 2pm and the room was filthy and the fridge did not work. Waited til 3pm for the next and was told their cleaning crew was 3rd party and didnt have the room ready. As it came closer to 4pm we ended up booking Les Artiste 5 start hotel for less over the phone. As soon as we said we wanted to cancel and the service sucks, we were offered free double room upgrades. Asked for a refund since its the Hotel's fault for not being able to check us in and was told its policy no refunds. So I am working with Hotels.com customer service trying to get my refund now.

The room is okay, clean, quiet. The kitchen exhaust fan is not working. No problem with the transportation easy access from the bus and metro.

This was our first time in Paris so difficult for me to compare with other properties. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Kudos to him... Good A/C was working. Rooms were ok and Sheets were clean. ok Blacony wasnt clean. Kitchen and toilet were too small. There are better options for Sofa & bed in market.
