The Deluxe room that we had was very spacious and clean. Room was made up nicely every morning. We were able to open the windows overlooking the city street. A/C worked well. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The breakfast was good. It wasn't far from the metro station. Places to eat were within walking distance. My only complaint would be that the hallway was a little dingy looking. Overall it was a very nice experience.

First night's room was horrible. We never stayed in a hotel room with such structure before. Staff was helpful but couldn't find alternative room to switch to for the first couple of nights.

This hotel was beautiful. The beds are very comfortable and the shower had great temperature and water pressure. The hair dryer overheated and wouldn’t work, we only used it on the last night and did not talk to the staff about it. Also, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. It was not particularly loud and we were unsure of what it was until we opened the door to the room. It was a false alarm and the staff member was not able to get it turned off quickly once realizing it was not an emergency.

Very well located, very friendly and professional staff. BUT, there was no airport shuttle as was included in the description. This was one of the reasons we chose the hotel so that was a hassle

Very good location. Rooms are on a small size. The main asset of the hotel are the people working there: kind, helpful, polite, trying to make your stay as good as it could be.
