Very welcoming staff. Attentive to guests’ needs. Detailed information provided on things to do and see, eateries, transportation, etc. Great location. Lots of restaurants, bars, and shopping stores in the area. Easy access to public transportation. Minutes to central station and Duomo. Well maintained room with enough towels and bath supplies. 24-hour access to coffee, hot water, cold water, and carbonated water.

Well located hotel with nice and helpful staff. Room was big and modern, with air conditioning. The hotel building where we stayed had no lift. Free coffee, tea and water (plan and sparkling). Plenty of food options around and easy connection to the city center and LIN airport, bus and tram stop right in front.

Clean room, great staff, good air conditioning, and located at a good spot with lots of good food and shopping locations around. Only thing I wish they had was a light breakfast/snacks, they only provide a small variety of coffee and teas.
