The room was only bed and there was chunks of the wall that we were just sitting on the floor and it didn’t look like it had been properly cleaned before we got there. We checked out 20 minutes after we checked in.

This is a modern, trendy hotel in a great location, just a short walk from Centrale station. It’s perfectly placed for exploring the city while still feeling calm and contemporary inside. The room itself was modern, stylish and very well maintained, exactly what you want from a design‑forward stay. There’s only one on‑site restaurant, but the hotel sits right next door to the Hyatt, which has two excellent dining options including a rooftop bar. The Hyatt is less accessible for guests with mobility issues, but if that’s not a concern, it’s a fantastic bonus to have such high‑quality food and a live DJ just steps away. You can enjoy the atmosphere there and then return to the quiet comfort of this hotel for a peaceful night. A real hidden gem is Sugar, a local café offering delicious aperitivo, great coffee and lovely cakes — absolutely worth seeking out. The hotel itself doesn’t offer much in the way of entertainment, but with the rooftop bar next door and neighbourhood spots like Sugar, you won’t feel like you’re missing out. It is worth noting that the breakfast is served in a basement location which is only accessible via stairs, although staff are happy to accompany those with accessibility issues via the staff lift. The breakfast options were extensive and excellent. Overall, a stylish, well‑located base with excellent nearby options and a calm, comfortable room to return to.

The room was clean and the cleaning lady was so sweet and helpful. I felt we paid way too much for this room. I expected a nicer place for the price . I would like if the hotel gave us a credit towards another room somewhere else. L

Stayed at this property for 3 days ,my daughter's room never been cleaned for 3 days not even replacing the toilet roll ,and our room got loads of little bugs,the sink was blocked , complain it to the reception and they said can’t do anything about it only to pass the message to the cleaning manager ….very disappointed
