Nice and clean hotel, helpfull staff, pool could be better not so many Sun bed and very old , in my room small animals, but a great hotel

Nearby restaurants and 711. Great staff. Hotel food was excellent. A+++

Property looks great from the photos but it's actually very tired and could do with a update. Pool area again very shabby . 4 sun loungers that have seen better days. One thing that I found very un welcoming was a big sign telling me the cost not every damages like a tea spoon or a cup.. long list. I did not have any hot water for the duration of my stay . Bed was very comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast was ok. Coffee awful. Just like hot water. Pattaya was not really for me so I checked out of hotel after 3 nights instead of my 6 .

Great stay in a perfect location ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. After arriving from a long trip on a hot day, the cool air conditioning in the room felt wonderful. The room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the balcony offered a nice view of the town. We ordered supper to the room and received excellent service. Breakfast was beautiful and delicious, with a great selection of food. The hotel’s location is also excellent — within walking distance of many attractions. The only small improvement I would suggest is adding individual bedside lamps with phone charging ports. Overall, it was a great stay and we would gladly return.

Close to everything The girls that clean the rooms are excellent and l recommend the ones that took care of the 15th floor The staff in the buffet are also very good and those at the front desk Thank you

Perfect place to stay. Just a small downside and heads up they dont offer slippers or disposable yoith brushes.
