The apartment had GREAT AC! We were very thankful for that as temps were over 100. We also really appreciated having a washer in the apartment. They provided the pods. Also appreciated the use of iron and ironing board. Kitchen equipped as expected. Fridge loaded with several bottles of cold water. Quiet neighborhood. 8 minute walk to the arena

The place was clean, check in was smooth, location was very central. Balcony was nice to sit out and watch life in Vernona. Music played downstairs until 2 am and you could hear it in the bedrooms. It was air conditioned but not cold - cool at the most. Could hear every step the tenants upstairs took. I would stay here again just bring ear plugs for sleeping

Great apartment in a good location, only 10-15min walk from everything sight seeing. The reception staff were extremely helpful with things to see and restaurant recommendations.

We loved staying - once again - in a Truly Verona apartment. Both times, the apartments have been just as described, excellent value, spacious, clean, great location. The staff are lovely. We will definitely stay with them again on our next trip to Verona.

They have various places to stay. I stayed on a ground floor room with tea and coffee facilities, fridge, aircon, sofa and Tv. It had a perfect location of a 2 minute walk to the arena. They checked everything was ok half way through my stay and clean and replaced towels daily. I used door codes to access my building and room as the building key didn’t work.

The apartment was as pictured and described. Check-in was easy, walked us to the apt., showed us how to lock the door (not a standard US door lock), and gave recommendations for food places. There was a little confusion about us checking out. We had to take the key back to the main office because we never received the keypad code in order to leave the keys in the apt. Other than that, it was great!

I had a wonderful stay at Truly Verona – Juliet House and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and incredibly well located, making it easy to explore Verona on foot. It was also very comfortable and thoughtfully equipped. The bed was excellent, there was plenty of space to hang and store clothing, and I appreciated being able to open the windows to let in some fresh air.
The kitchen was functional and had everything I needed. Fresh towels, hand soap, and body wash were provided, and I was pleasantly surprised to find Prosecco and bottled water waiting for me upon arrival. The staff at the front desk were also exceptionally helpful and welcoming throughout my stay.
The only small thing I would suggest is providing shampoo and conditioner, as those weren’t included. Other than that, everything was fantastic. I truly couldn’t have asked for more and would happily stay here again.
