Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The staff, in general, were incredibly friendly, respectful, and always willing to help. Their kindness and professionalism made our experience very enjoyable. There was, however, one interaction with a staff member that stood out because it was so different from everyone else. One evening, as we were returning from dinner, she appeared to be finishing her shift. When the elevator arrived, she stepped in and told us to wait for the next one instead of allowing us to ride with her. On another occasion, we asked for assistance arranging transportation to the airport, and she simply told us that it was the bellman’s responsibility and that he was not there at the time, without offering any alternative or additional assistance. To be honest, I didn’t let these interactions affect my stay because every other member of the team provided outstanding service. The overall experience was excellent, and that’s why this particular attitude surprised me so much. Aside from those two interactions, everything else exceeded our expectations, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. We did have a problem with housekeeping on the first day. However, it was quickly resolved. The only bad thing I can say, is that the refrigerator in the room froze everything solid and we had to keep turning it off and on. The hotel was extremely clean and the bathing products were amazing.

The location was great and the staff was very nice. The biggest issue was the lock on our door. It was extraordinarily finicky. It was very difficult to open and close the door from both the inside and the outside. We asked the front desk about it twice and twice they sent an "engineer" to look at it. They just told us to slam our shoulder into the door to force it open. Considering I had recently had shoulder surgery, this was not very realistic. There were times we were literally stuck in our hotel room because we could not open the door. What a fire hazard! And then it took us several minutes to get the door to close again. It was very frustrating.
