I’m obsessed with this hotel I wish I found it sooner. It’s exactly the location I need and nothing is better than the rock alone coffee, and the social hour I’m hooked and the staff was awesome.

Beautiful new hotel (opened 3 months ago). Loved the hotel design and facilities and it had great food and drink options in addition to tea and coffee in the lobby and afternoon happy hour. Rooms were well appointed but typical of NYC- they were very small. We had a drink at the beautiful rooftop bar but you had to exit the hotel and enter through service elevator to reach it- although there was a button to access from interior guest elevators. I'm assuming this is a temporary issue that will be resolved.

We’re family of three with 90years old mom who has her own motorised wheelchair reserved room with double beds for 3 nights.
When we arrived the room was ridiculously small!
No place for bags. Very hard to walk around the beds. No space for the wheelchair. Very uncomfortable for family! Our requests to move us to the different room was denied. No accommodation for disabled 90 years old lady who is in the wheelchair at all!
Very disappointed!

Long lines at the registration desk-checking in and out. Several attempts to call the front desk and no answer. EXTREMELY long waits for the elevator. One time we waited about 10 minutes. And the bell hop delivered our luggage to the wrong room and couldn’t find them for about an hour. However, amazing location, clean property and excellent happy hour and complimentary coffee in the morning.
