HI, thank you for accommodating us on our recent stay. It was a beautiful resort, and the pools were so good. The only thing I did not like was the food in the restaurants for the price paid was not very good. I did expect better food from here although I would still return for another short stay. I am very glad I did not get the all-inclusive package for that reason. I am also happy we were located in the rooms closest to the pools as if we had of been down the other end it would have been too far to walk. Regards, Melissa.

The place is so beautiful. It handles busy periods well, without being crowded. There is something for everyone, from serene pools to a foam pool party. The food is excellent, the staff are welcoming and the atmosphere perfect. I couldn't fault this place. You can snorkel from the beach and see turtles and see all the fish you would like to. It was just perfect for my family.

We stayed in a poolside room and it had a big damp problem. Regretfully we just tried to live with it but a few days in the mold coming from the air conditioner and bathroom, I suspect from underneath the deck the bathtub was sitting on, was that intense that both my partner and I became really sick due to the amount of mold in our sinuses. Other than that, it was ok. Although, I don't think I would visit that area again

We stayed as a big family group with children, 2,9,11. This resort was perfect for our stayed. Included breakfast was fantastic, great proximity to local shopping and onsite facilities were great. Pools for all ages and the high jumps for the pool were a highlight for the older children. Will definitely return. Staff incredibly helpful also.

All the staff are so friendly and helpful from check in to check out! They made the two weeks very enjoyable! The main restaurant Garding is excellent and catered for Europeans, Aussies, Kiwis and all of Asia. I enjoyed the Indonesian food very much! The pools were awesome, clean, no chlorine smell and didn‘t hurt my sensitive skin. A wonderful way to get cooler! Really enjoyed this Hotel and would come again. Great for young families!

Pro’s Clean towels and room every day Friendly staff Great pool/bars restaurants Great breakfast Con’s Coffee/tea in room but no milk Staff need to be more aware ,it was hard to get their attention at times People were reserving sun-beds so it was difficult to get a good spot Cocktails were terrible

Everything was great. If you’re looking for a traditional Bali experience I recommend going to another area. It is a five star experience nothing is missing it’s just a generic holiday resort. It was a beautiful place though and the beach was clean.
