It is clean and neat though room size is pretty small. The location is very central, easy to the town sightseeing by walking.

Lovely hotel in a really good location. The hotel is really well maintained. Our room was a decent size with all the amenities needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is within walking distance to many tourist attractions.

1. The room was offered with bed sheet with clear stains on it (see pic, you can obviously see how they do not acre about hygiene).
2. The leather sofa was full of cigarette ash (see pic). They dusted it away and called it done.
3. They wanted $100 cash as durian penalty when you check out, which no one mentioned it to me and there're millions of durians right outside of the hotel trying to sell to you. I asked them to go through my credit card and Expedia to justify this penalty and they wouldn't. I got scared cuz they wouldn't let me leave so I paid through my credit card right there.
4. No gym even if you see gym pics on their profile.
5. NEVER book this hotel again.
