Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff. However, the sound proof in the room is pretty bad for light sleeper at level 20. I can hear the traffic sound, people singing next door. Water pressure for shower is not good too.

Good hospitality. Upgraded to premiere king have free access to 30 floor with complimentary teabreak and cocktail. Breakfast has great variety. Check in was fast. Location is great close to good food and shopping.

Very smooth check in, staff were friendly as well. Room was very clean and had a nice view of the city. Lots of shopping areas around the hotel itself. Pleasant experience overall!

Friendly staff and quick check in/check out. Comfortable and cosy lobby area for guests to lounge at. Hotel is located in a convenient location with malls and many food options nearby.

Great place, lovely staff very clean. Georgetown is noisy though and even on the 20th floor there is significant road noise.

Rooms are a bit dated (compared to the pictures shown) but generally okay for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping is done everyday so you get fresh towels and sheets daily. Location-wise is central and convenient, and across from 1st Avenue Mall which is great if you need anything.

What a fabulous hotel, staff are amazing. It was my birthday during my stay and I had cake and a fruit platter arrive at our room. We upgraded to an executive room, which also gave us access to the lounge. Breakfast was brilliant, the first place that the food was actually hot.
