Very off dates hotel room was not clean but all staff were friendly not good chose if vegetarian food but they were willing to make for us not good for disable person

Breakfast was poor and coffee absolutely terrible, bed was uncomfortable. Fact that the “free shuttle” required booking well in advance and times were limited meant it being so far out was quite restricting.

Not very accessible. Lots of stairs to climb up and down to get around. If you have healthy legs and knees then this is a wonderful place to stay.

Nothing special Toilet not working ,complained 2 times to fix Open shower Big lizard in the room making big noise Door locks not working properly. Food quality is so poor Breakfast is fine

Ketut the driver is amazing! The breakfast that they serve daily is amazing. They have vegetarian options that rotate daily based on international cuisine. they offer a shuttle that goes into Uber center that is very convenient. There is also security right before you enter the resort so you feel very safe. It is very easy to contact them for any needs or accommodations via WhatsApp.
