Breakfast was good. However, our room is on the 14th floor. The AC is working but since the building is paint in black color (absorb heat faster) and the room is on the top floor (heat goes up naturally), my room was very hot and humid. We need better air flow and air conditioning there.

The hotel location between the Paragon and Gurney Plazas was wonderful for shopping and eating. Also it was easy to go to George Town for more variety. Highly recommended.
