Fully paid for room in hotels.com. At counter for check in on 8pm on 01May26. Wait for 2hours no room available with heavily over booking and crowds of people in lobby waiting for rooms. Decided to seek PlanB at this late hour after 10pm. Request for cancelation and refund through hotels.com. No acknowledge receipt was Issued to us. We left to find alternative accommodation with the understanding that we will be refunded by 12noon on 02May26 but no payment received.

Room was very clean and spacious.

Entering the Room, was hit by whiff of moldy musky smell. Once.Air conditioning was on it wad confirmed it came from there. Seems like the Fancoils wefe not periodically maintained. Room Service was mediocre too, food arrived not quite warm enough.

Decent hotel with large rooms. However

Breakfast supposed to run until 10.30. At 9.45 most of the buffet stations were low or empty, including basics like cereals and pastries. There was nobody proactively replenishing them unless asked . Egg station quality quite basic in options

Hotel is OK considering the price.

To be honest, there were a lot of bad reviews from other sites. However, to my surprise, it wasn’t that bad. The room was big and I liked it. There was daily house keeping and it was clean enough for me. The breakfast spread was good with both local and international cuisine. Called to asked for some extra towel and they delivered to my room quite fast. I drive, so the location although is a bit out of the way from other places, didn’t bother me. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our 3 nights stay there. I would stay again.
