Everything was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. There is only one detail to take into consideration. There is only one key per room and you need to leave it and pick it up every time from the front desk

This was a wonderful classic hotel. The location in the center of the fashion district was ideal. It is beautifully adorned with marble everywhere you look. I would gladly stay here again.

The hotel is lovely. I was really impressed that the staff memorized my name and always addressed me by name. Location was ideal...central Milano. 5 minute walk to the Galleria and Duomo. Perfect. Room was well laid out. A bit on the small size, but very tastefully done. Breakfast very good.

Europe was having a heat wave and it was noticeably warm in the hotel and in the room. The a/c controls are pre-set to 23C and only allow for -3C, but it doesn't feel like 20C. Breakfast is not included but there is a complimentary hot pot and Nespresso in room and in the lobby for coffee or tea. They ask that you leave the room key, which is tethered to a large brass knob, with the front desk. It was not inconvenient and perhaps safer. The hotel is located in the heart of the fashion district so all the designers have shops just steps away. It's about a fifteen minute walk to the Duomo. There is an excellent restaurant, Il Salumaio, just one block away.

The Hotel Manzoni is a great place to stay in Milan. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. It is centrally located in the city center area with only a short walk to the historical buildings in the area.
