Elegant Milan design with a very nice breakfast room (and an excellent breakfast). Room had touches like a hat for lampshade. The peculiarity was the lack of a light switch by the door. This was addressed by opening the door, immediately diving into the bathroom, which turned on the light through a motion sensor, and gave enough light to go around the corner to the light switch by the bed.

The staff was so friendly kind and wonderful! Especially Joyce aka Trixie. Most helpful person. Also, the maids did an excellent job of cleaning the room awesome! It was also a very convenient location. Honestly could not be more pleased. Most certainly 5 stars plus. Truly made my stay wonderful :). Loved it!!

The breakfast sadly didn’t live up to the price per night!!!! Ask for eggs to be cooked fresh poached, omelette etc. this isn’t offered. Reception staff outstanding congratulations 🙌

Hotel was lovely, very close to all central attractions. Reception staff especially Jasmine was first class. The only downfall was the hot water which was non existant. After working on it for 2 days the hotel asked us to move rooms, which even though an upgrade I detest doing whilst I am away. Compared with other indigo properties Bangkok and London this one is sub par. Overall the experience was 8/10

Room was dark, small -staff had left window open and mosquitos in the room. Staff recommendations for dinner were not what we required. Only there for one night, thankfully and when checking out (I had pre-paid) I was requested to voluntarily pay an additional 15% to go to the staff for service. Refused. We had no “service”. This hotel was the most expensive of the 4 hotels I booked and yet most unsatisfactory.

Clean room and very welcoming staff. Location was within 10 minute walk to the Duomo. There is also an area full of eateries within 10 minutes to the north.
