The staff is friendly and helpful. They have luggage transfer service, taqbin, to my next hotel (with a charge). When requested, they helped me to ask the other hotel if they can receive my luggage ahead of my check in.
Their check in/out is also very foreigner friendly. You use a machine which can display in japanese
english, chinese and korean to check in/out (with the staff help)

If you need a place to sleep near yhe train station at a value, but not too much more, this could be a place. Seemingly limited facilities and dining on the premises.
But a nice breakfast included. There was rice, teri hamburger patties, chicken, pickled vegetables, Miso soup, cabbage salad, macaroni salad, fresh cherry tomatoes, kimpira, tea, coffee, juice, and water.

A bit far from Koruka Station and far from dining facilities. Typical Toyoko line of facilities and service.
