The location was perfect, a short walk, approximately 10 minutes, to the city centre, and approximately 20-25 minutes from the international airport by the super shuttle bus. Towels were changed daily and bathroom floor was cleaned daily as well. We stayed at the end of April and the room was warmed enough by the heaters. I would recommend this motel to anyone who travel to Christchurch.

Great location, rooms very average and could have been better, as I stayed 9 nights a daily service was provided but it only included removal of rubbish and fresh towels, NO bed making, vacuuming etc. Given we had leaves at the entry way it would have been nice if they were vacuumed, I would have been happy to sweep them if they had a broom in the room. Also no spare blankets or pillows in the room and no tissues in the bathroom. Tea and coffee supplied but NO milk. We used them to do our laundry which was a good experience, the staff were lovely.

Stayed in the 2 bed flat. Pricing was excellent, rooms served their purpose. Didn't realise there was a little cooker in the kitchen do major bonus. Just a few niggly things that meant the review is just ok- eg. Door handle wasnt attached to wardrobe, shower water pressure and temp was dependent on kitchen tap, TV remote didn't actually work (and when asked for a replacement just had the batteries replaced). But that's it, overall no majors, was what we expected.

Big room. They changed our towels daily. The bed & pillows are very comfortable. There is an airconditioning as well! Location was handy.

The accommodation was very good and the staff courteous. Good central part of town. It was around 7.00pm when we arrived and there was no one on reception. I called the phone number on the door as instructed but it didn't work. Fortunately I had the motel phone number so was able to use that. They were very helpful and directed us to our unit which was unlocked and available to us.
