Fantastic
Just got back from a 5 night stay with wife, 8 year old son and 10 year old daughter. We had Ana amazing time at this resort. Would definitely consider going back. Staff is helpful. Food options are good. Steakhouse, Italian and hibachi were perfect. We didn’t check out the Mexican restaurant as we ended up going to hibachi twice and Italian twice. Shows are ok for having something my to do after dinner before going to sleep but don’t expect a broadway or a Vegas show:) probably average for a typical Cancún resort. Plenty of swimming pools. 7 additional house size swimming pools overlooking the beach that are adult only. Rest of the pools are families although the one next to the pool bar can get somewhat crowded, it didn’t bother us. The side pools have plenty of space. Beach has lots of seaweeds and definitely not useful for swimming. This was actually a disappointment as I have been to multiple hotel zone resorts including 2 Hyatt and sun palace (moon resort) that did a much much better job at making the beach useful. We spent most of our time away from the beach so it wasn’t a deal breaker. I still recommend this resort but if u want a pristine beach, probably better to stay away from this whole area all together!!
