Our overall stay at this hotel was good, and the facilities and general service met our expectations. Unfortunately, our experience was ruined by a very serious incident. My wife’s pants were stolen from our room, and we strongly believe they were taken during housekeeping service.
After we reported the issue, security and hotel staff came to inspect our room, but they were unable to provide any explanation or resolution. What was even more disappointing was that no one offered a simple apology or showed genuine concern for what had happened. We were told that management would follow up with us, but nobody ever contacted us.
The loss of a personal item is frustrating, but the lack of accountability and poor customer service afterward was even worse. As guests, we expect our belongings to be safe and for the hotel to handle serious incidents professionally. Unfortunately, this hotel failed to do so.
Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. If a property cannot properly manage its staff or protect its guests’ belongings, it raises serious concerns about guest security and trust.
