All the staffs were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good. Aside from the poor sound insulation, I was satisfied overall.

Great for a solo traveler. Location ideal for going to downtown Milan, as hotel had great access to public transportation. Breakfast in the morning was good. Staff was helpful. This is not a luxury hotel, but if you are on a budget, this hotel offers great value.

Super clean in every aspect. Great neighborhood and close to weekly farmers market. Breakfast was nice variety and the staff were super enthusiastic and welcoming! Overall a perfect match for what we wanted in the city.

Todo estuvo muy bien, buena ubicación cerca del metro, el cuarto amplio y la cama cómoda. Solamente el desayuno se nos hizo poco variado.

The hotel staff were welcoming and attentive
The hotel was clean and comfortable with all amenities we needed however we didn't know that our EU adaptors wouldn't work here - you'll need 3 pin Italian ones
The breakfast was lovely - lots of options, croissants (4 types), cereals, breads (for toast), yoghurt, fruit, coffee, juice. They did have tea but, if like me, you want tea as opposed fruit flavoured or green tea, I'd bring your own tea bags.
Lovely hotel. Excellent service. Great value for money and great location. Nearest metro is Susa
