Everyone was very friendly, the location was great, good breakfast and the front desk staff were very helpful with suggestions for dinner etc

Great hotel with friendly staff- particularly the friendly lady on reception with short hair (sorry we didn’t know your name) Quality fixtures in room, beautiful wood floors and marble bathroom with very good drenching shower. Only small downsides were that there are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room (I thought this was pretty standard in most hotel rooms), and the breakfast was not served on the roof terrace. I had possibly misunderstood the listing, but I chose this hotel specifically so that we could enjoy breakfast on the roof with a view. Sadly we weren’t even allowed onto the roof at that time, and breakfast was downstairs in a very grey room. Overall it was a good experience, but wished I had been able to have a morning coffee either in bed or on the roof terrace.

I would definitely double check your room and your expectations because the pictures online are not actually what the rooms look like. This caused us to have to book a second room the day we arrived. Which is an added expense we were not planning on.

Everything about our stay in this hotel was excellent. A bonus was the 4th floor rooftop restaurant & Alex at the reception desk.

Located in a great area and offers clean rooms, helpful staff and a beautiful restaurant on the balcony. We will definitely consider this hotel when we return to Roma. Thank you!!
