一進房間有股悶悶的霉味，就算開冷氣也還是有霉味。打掃也不是很用心，角落有蜘蛛絲，天花板跟牆上也有衣蛾，如果清潔乾淨一點的話，是不錯的住宿。

本以為在夜市附近,其實距離羅東夜市開車大約需要15分鐘.步行需要40分鐘.令人容易誤解
訂的是可容納三人的房間,不過因為設定有誤.訂房人數變成兩人
那個房間三人的話是睡沙發床,且需要另外加寢具費用
沙發床建議屋主更新,如真的睡,相當不舒適
房內多處壁癌.需要修繕
進房一股潮濕味,外出將除濕機.開啟後會好很多
一樓公共空間相當舒適,適合幾個朋友一起聊天
公用廚房有附餐具跟冰箱可使用
自助咖啡機跟飲水機.相當方便

整體都算還不錯，離羅東夜市開車滿近的，但就是晚上打水聲吵有扣分

住的地方三樓，當晚殺了蟑螂五隻，蜘蛛網跟蜘蛛兩隻。
冰箱壞了也沒有修繕。

No doubt this place is new with 24 hour coffee, but here are the things we faced:
1. Isolated place. 25-30 mins walk to Night market and it’s not a pleasant walk especially no pedestrian path
2. When come to showering, the temperature of the water can suddenly turn cold and you need to wait for it to become warm again.
3. Poor WiFi. We had to move to lower floor and even that, it might not work.
4. It’s not a complete home stay - no kitchen, no kettle for boiling water, laundry is on sharing basis.
