Place is tired and need lots of maintenance (actually there are on going maintenance activities when we stayed— there are ladders and electrics all around). Had to change rooms because the first one has no power. Towels are old and thin. Staff are very helpful though and location is very near the airport.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room was ok. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. We were only overnighting as we were between flights.

What I like: - Good location, very close to the airport - Friendly and helpful front desk staff What I think was just ok: - Breakfast choices compared to other mid-range priced hotels in the area (where I had stayed before). What needs improvement: - Room key policy. One key for room with multiple guests is extremely inconvenient. When my adult son sleeps in, in the morning or taking a siesta in the afternoon, if I want to venture out, I have to leave without the room key, as it is needed to keep the power and air conditioning on. When I return and don’t want to knock on the door for fear of waking my son up, I am stuck outside. Asking the staff to let me in take 20 minutes. This inflexible policy is a NO GO for me the next time. - The room and hall way need to be cleaner. It wasn’t super dirty, but it feels like there was no cleaning other than superficial tidying up. - Signs of ill-repaired of broken things are visible and they don’t look pleasant. The room price is mid-range, but the feel is more like a budget backpackers place.
