Policy was no cancellations or changes. I booked this room way in advance and neither the hotel or Expedia would allow a cancellation or a date change. Horrific policy and both the hotel and Expedia should ensure before booking that the person is sure that there is no changes allowed. So I wasted the price for the room as my travel plans changed. I had stayed at this hotel twice in the past but never again. And this is the 2nd time Expedia has had shady dealings with providers. I will no longer utilize their services in the future either.

Great location. Quite Street in a very busy city Easy Grab App taxi. Spot. Great service My phone picked up Staff found a Store. 5 min cab ride. Got it fixed Pool is Basic. But nice. Great place Watch those marble floors slic when wet
