Customer service was superb. Service crew will personally bring you to the hotel room. Wide range of food to choose from the buffet dinner. Green bean soup, mee sua, etc were also served between 130 to 430pm. Breakfast options could be improved.

農場的活動安排很緊湊, 二天一夜的行程很豐富. 訂的住宿方案裡有含晚餐, 晚餐豐富又好吃, 是最另人驚豔的地方. 相比之下, 早餐就稍微另人失望. 住宿期間有遇到素質比較差的房客影響到遊興, 不過整體而言是很不錯的地方. 另外, 小朋友在國中以下或有伴的情況比較能盡興

頭城農場是個很豐富的地方。可以親近大自然。食物有特色好吃。如果住宿能再搭配園區內的行程會更加分。房間有點太古時候了。希望吹風機能更換較好較新的。廁所比較老舊沒有溫度。除了房間，其他地方都是100分。還會想再去玩。

Overall, we enjoyed the activities, barbeque n variety of food. But the room n toilet is in need of maintenance. If they can renovate the room, this will be a perfect stay. Things to note: 1. There is no lift. Need to climb stairs to room. 2. DIY Barbecue has lots of variety of food. Was fun for the 8 of us. 3. Lantern making was fun too. 4. Morning stroll around the farm was interesting (mandarin speaking), my kids have fun.
