The room had air conditioning which was great as the weather was very hot. The room's bed was nice and big, had a mini fridge, a TV, big wardrobe and bathroom with bath and shower. Very clean and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Location was great as Termini is less than 5 minutes away with shops and restaurants also close by. Breakfast was simple but tasty, especially fresh cakes and cornettos.

The hotel room was good, however the area around was a bit dirty and too crowded.
The property stairs were also kind of dirty, and we took them quite often due to the only elevator in the hotel.

For one day stay it worth the money-$107. Pros- the staff was friendly. Cons- broken elevator, leaking shower head, clogged drain, only two towels were provided for two peoples. The local area is not good.

We had an enjoyable stay. We just didn't realize the hotel was the 3rd and 4th floor of another building and was used mainly as a youth hostel type hotel. There was, fortunately, and elevator to take us up. The couple running it were very hospitable and helpful about helping us find our way around Rome.

Fantastic Nice hotel ,very close to Termini, car return station. The room is OK. But one should close the window to avoid the outside noise coming in.
The overall expression is good staff is friendly, except the absence of a plastic toilet seat ....

Minunat Clean and convenient simple accommodation next to the Termini station. 24 hours front desk and luggage storage which was especially important for us, as we arrived early in the morning and they still allowed us to leave our luggage in the hotel before the check-inn time. Very friendly and efficient staff.
