The air conditioning worked great close to the station. The room is very black, not a fan. But it was clean and worked for a stop over. Did not have the breakfast. Just had a weird vibe

Some young girls at the front desk did not seem to understand privacy and discretion. I asked the women at the front desk not to announce my room number loudly as there was a large male sitting in the lobby chair listening to all transactions at the front desk. They must have been there for free internet however, as a solo female traveler, I like to keep my room number private. The girl failed to understand and announced loudly you will be in Room ....despite my request to not announce it. Second of all, the first floor room curtains do not close all the way. The window glass has a dark tint so when you look outside, it seems like the weather is gloomy when it's actually bright outside.

Very close to the train terminal and access to transport. Close dining places as well. It was clean and friendly but a bit noisy from other guests

Like many other reviews previously, I found that this hotel is advertised as a 4-star property, but the overall quality feels closer to a 2-star hotel. The only good thing is location. The bathroom design is particularly poor and impractical. After showering, water floods the entire bathroom area. The bathroom lighting is controlled by a motion sensor, which can be very dangerous. During a shower, the lights had switched off automatically because the sensor mainly detects movement near the sink area rather than in the shower. This creates a safety risk, especially on a wet and slippery bathroom floor. Soundproofing is also poor, as noise from outside and neighboring rooms can be easily heard. Shockingly, complimentary bottled drinking water was not provided, which is something I would normally expect from a 4-star hotel. Overall, the facilities and service did not meet the standard of a 4-star property, yet guests are still required to pay the corresponding city tax based on the 4-star rate. The experience was disappointing and did not offer good value for the price paid.

Great place to stay while in Milan, conveniently located only about 5 minutes walking from the train station. Fast and easy check in process. Room was great for a short stay and provided all the necessities. Great location and only minutes away from public transportation and provided easy access to get around the city,
