Smart service walkable nice people

Worst hotel experience of my life. Broken curtains hanging, old towels, extremely rude room service. How to change rooms from the noise on the 15th floor coming from the air conditioning units above. Bathroom sink blocked wouldn’t drain. TV reception very poor. never mind the 30 Indian men crowded around the entrance every day smoking and spitting - wouldn’t get out of the way. Was in the shower & came out to find room Service in my room. I asked him to leave and he refused and said he would only be a few minutes. I had to sit there in a towel while he made my bed. Completely serious warning to travellers - do not stay here. This hotel is the worst option I’ve ever had in KL. Almost had a fight with three drunk Indians who were partying in our corridor at 3:30am. Disgusting place to stay. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

good room. A bit small but otherwise, good.

Staffs very friendly. Great location, near to trains, shops, food...

I had to leave almost at midnight the bed was full of bed bugs. They tried to give me another room and I was sent to inspect it first with one of the housekeepers. I just looked at one pillow and there was a bed bug. No refunds according to their policy, but who can stay at a disgusting, bug infested. Stay away from this placeplace

The hotel is dated. The wallpaper was peeling. The caulk in the bathroom was a “quick fix” and was not carefully nor aesthetically completed. The front desk girl was a bit sarcastic when I asked about amenities. When I asked a second front desk girl about visiting the Batu Caves, she told me not to go because it was a holiday. I was only there one day, so everything I was going to do was going to be in a holiday! I asked about taking the train to the airport. Again I was told not to. In her second breath, I was told there would be a lot of traffic on the road. I told her that’s why I wanted to take the train! I went to the lounge 3 times. No one was there. The bath mat had holes in it. I reported this to the front desk. They just have ordered towels because at 10:22 pm someone showed up at my room with 2 towels. The rang the doorbell and knocked until I got up and answered the door. Then the gentleman wanted to come inside the room to swap the towels! I believe Hotels.com needs to do a better job scrutinizing their hotels partners.

Overall, very good location! 5mins walk to the nearest LRT. Only 4 stops to KLCC Suria station. Room is clean, good sound proofing and well equipped. Just one suggestion, the shower hot and cold water isn't clearly marked. It looks like the marker indicator have worn off. And the pressure is too strong on first use.Cosmo Hotel KL is an easy recommendation for anyone staying in Malaysia city centre for a few days!

Damp smell in the room

The front counter staff, the doormen and the dining room staff were extremely helpful, polite and always greeted us with warm smiles. Nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble. My mother celebrated her 88th birthday and was surprised with a lovely cake and some special gifts- thank you so much Sharon. This has been such a special time and so many wonderful memories for her

There was very little to like about this hotel bedding was dirty smelt like someone had been sleeping in the bed and sheets nit changed .no view windows were filthy very noisy and someone was trying to open the adjoining door in the middle of the night area was not safe staff not very helpful
