The hotel had a lot of issues that I would not expect from a Travelodge. The bathroom was very small, you would need to sit diagonally on the toilet. It was also leaking, there was always water on the ground next to the toilet. There was also no hand soap. We asked front desk for some and they said that the hotel does not provide any. We have never heard of a hotel not providing hand soap. You had to use shower gel to wash your hands. Also the breakfast had a very limited selection and was not good. Would not recommend this hotel.

No bath towels were provided till 7pm. All laundry machine was out of service. The place was run down.

The carpet on hallway smell so bad. I honestly thought there was a sewer leakage near by. The room is clean and doesn’t smell but outside the room does smell and on the hallway is terrible. They need to change the whole carpet!

Not as clean as it should be. Air conditioner was cool and kept it cold all day. It is located in Chinatown and close to food and shopping. Train station was close by but the hotel was next to the train line which made it noisy.

Might want to introduce “door hangers” to better indicate when a room want to be made or have towels replaced. I think I missed out on the instructions how to request for this. Then again most of the time I return to the hotel really tired, did not talk to the front desk. So door hangers might have been an easier way.

The location is perfect for local shopping and tour pickup.

It's an okay place

Decent clean room, reasonably sized for two of us with luggage. Friendly and helpful staff. Note that the air conditioning is SUPER strong (or it was in our room anyway), so you may actually need to turn it off occasionally - even in the warm Malaysian climate.

Staffs are Friendly including the Security guard. Near Central Market and a Chinese Dried food shop. Nearby Pasar Seni Train station. From the Hotel stated there is self Washing machine but under maintenance, they should update it. Toilet is small and easily get knocked.

Quiet and big room
